We are located at J-2/123 B in New Delhi, right on the border area near Haryana with the 110019 pincode. It’s a bit of an interesting spot because you’re technically in Delhi but you feel the influence of the neighbor state too. Aria Travel Services Pvt Ltd is run from this office. It’s a busy place, mostly because the travel business involves a lot of back-and-forth communication. We have maps on the walls and piles of itineraries sitting on almost every flat surface. The office isn't very large, so we have to be careful not to trip over each other when things get busy. New Delhi can be quite chaotic, and our street is no exception. There’s always someone honking or a street vendor calling out. We’ve gotten used to the noise over time. It’s just the backdrop to our work day. We don't have a big fancy storefront with neon lights. It’s more of a functional space where we handle the details that people don't want to deal with themselves. Sometimes we stay late when there are urgent bookings to finish. We drink way too much coffee and the bins are usually full of shredded paper. It’s just a normal office where we try to keep things moving. We’ve been at this address for a bit now and it feels like home, even with the cramped desks and the noisy street outside. It's just how we operate every day.
