So, A.R.Fisheries Pvt. Ltd. is basically run out of A-29/D in Block -12. It’s one of those Dda Flats in Tilak Nagar. If you’ve been around New Delhi-18, you probably know the area. It’s crowded and there’s always something going on. We handle a lot of fish here. Early mornings are the busiest because that’s when the crates come in. It can get a bit messy, to be honest. We’ve got scales and ice everywhere some days. It’s not the most glamorous job, but someone has to do it. We’ve been in this flat for a long time. The neighbors are used to us by now, even with the smell of the sea following us around. We aren't a big corporation with a glass building. We just have this small space where we manage the orders and talk to the suppliers. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to have a long tea break. We just try to get the stock out on time. Tilak Nagar is a good spot for us because it’s easy to get to different parts of the city from here. We don't have a fancy website or anything. We just do our work and go home. It’s a family-run kind of vibe, even if the paperwork says otherwise. We just keep it simple. It is just us at the flat doing what we do every day to get by.
