Aresko Restaurant Pvt Ltd is based at B-5 in Sector-4 of Pushp Vihar. We are right on the M B Road in New Delhi-17. Being on M B Road means there is a lot of traffic passing by at all hours of the day. The restaurant business is mostly about staying busy in the kitchen and making sure things are ready for the customers. Our office and the main area are in Sector-4. It’s a fairly residential area so we get a lot of locals walking by. The building is a standard brick structure and we’ve tried to make it comfortable inside. It’s often quite warm because of the cooking and the Delhi heat outside. We spend a lot of time checking supplies and talking to the cooks. It’s not a fancy corporate office, it’s a place where work actually happens. There are usually delivery bikes parked outside the B-5 entrance. We have a small staff who have been with us for a while. Every morning we start by cleaning the floors and setting things up for the day. Sometimes the water supply is a bit slow or the street gets flooded when it rains, but we just deal with it. It’s a simple operation and we just focus on the day-to-day tasks. We are just a local restaurant company trying to keep things running smoothly in Pushp Vihar without making a big deal out of it.
