Aresko Estates Pvt. Ltd - (Pushkar Resorts, Lodi Restaurant)

Aresko Estates Pvt. Ltd is based in Pitampura, in the Krist Jyoti Apartments on Parvana Road. From this office, we manage things for Pushkar Resorts and Lodi Restaurant. It is a busy part of Delhi, and the road outside can get pretty jammed during rush hour. Our office is in B-8, and it is a bit of a squeeze when everyone is in at the same time. We have folders everywhere for the different properties we look after. One desk might be busy with restaurant bookings while another is sorting out resort maintenance issues. It is a lot of juggling. The apartment complex is fairly old, but it stays cool enough in the shade. We often have people coming in and out with deliveries or documents that need signing. There is no big reception desk, just a main room where we all sit. We know the security guards at the gate quite well by now. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed; we do not wear suits or anything like that. We just focus on the lists of things that need to be done for the day. Sometimes we talk about the Lodi Restaurant menus or what is happening at the resort, but mostly it is just administrative stuff like payroll and bills. It is a functional hub for the business, right in the heart of a residential enclave where we can focus on the work.
