Our office is tucked away on the third floor of House D-55 B in Pandav Nagar. It is a really busy part of New Delhi to be in. Dealing with all the packages and the delivery schedules keeps us moving from the moment we open. This is not a massive warehouse like you see on TV. It is just our local branch where we sort through the paperwork to make sure things are going where they need to go. You have to walk up a few flights of stairs to get to us. The logistics business is mostly about getting the timing right and trying not to lose track of the small details. We have boxes coming in and out all day long. Sometimes the traffic in Pandav Nagar makes things a bit slow, but we just do what we can. We are not trying to be the most modern office in the city. It gets a bit cluttered with all the forms and the delivery logs, but we know our system. The staff here has been working together for a long time. We know the neighborhood routes and the shortcuts better than most. Being here means we see a lot of the daily hustle of the city. We just focus on getting the parcels delivered. It takes a lot of coordination between our drivers and the office. There is almost always someone on the phone checking a number.
