We run Apex Travel & Tours out of a DDA LIG flat in Dwarka, specifically House-615 at Palam-110045. It’s a residential area, so it’s a bit quieter than the main markets of Delhi. We’ve turned part of the flat into our working space, which means it feels very much like a home. You’ll see some personal stuff mixed in with the files and the computers. It’s just how we decided to set things up. We handle a lot of travel and tour details from here, mostly over the phone or through emails. Because we are in a residential block, we don’t get a ton of walk-in traffic, which lets us focus on the work without too many interruptions. The stairs are a bit steep, and the parking in the complex can be a bit of a nightmare, but we’ve managed for quite a while now. Most days are pretty routine—checking schedules, talking to drivers, and making sure everyone’s plans are in order. We don’t have a big sign outside or anything like that. People usually find us through word of mouth or if they live nearby in Dwarka. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way because it keeps things manageable. We usually wrap up as the sun starts to go down and the neighborhood gets busy with people coming back from their jobs. It’s just a regular life for us here in Palam, nothing too fancy, just getting the job done.
