Apex Travel & Tours

We are located at 164-A, G.G.I, in Vikas Puri. This is where Apex Travel & Tours operates from, and it is usually a pretty busy little office. We have desks covered in papers, passport copies, and printouts of flight schedules. If you walk in, you’ll probably see us on the phone or typing away trying to find a better price for someone’s trip. We handle a lot of different things, from quick weekend trips to much longer tours for families. It’s not always easy because flights get cancelled and plans change at the last minute, so we spend a lot of time on the phone with airlines trying to fix things. The office in Vikas Puri is a good spot for us because a lot of people live nearby and they just walk in when they are thinking about going on a holiday. We usually have some tea or water ready for anyone who comes in to chat about their travel plans. It’s a lot of work keeping track of all the different rules for visas and tickets, but we’ve been doing it long enough that we know the shortcuts. We aren't a big chain or anything; we are just a local team that knows how to get the bookings done. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed, even when we are rushing to meet a deadline for a booking. It’s just how we run things here.
