Apeejay Surrender Hotels

So, you’ll find us tucked away at G-75 in Vikas Puri, right behind that PVR Cinema everyone knows. It’s a busy little corner of Delhi and sometimes the traffic out front makes it hard to find a parking spot. We’ve been operating under the Apeejay Surrender Hotels name here for a while now. Most days it’s just us trying to keep things moving and making sure the building looks okay. Being behind the cinema means there’s always people walking around, especially when a big movie comes out on a Friday. You can hear the crowds sometimes if the windows are open. The neighborhood has changed quite a bit over the years. Shops open and close, but we’re still here at this same spot. It isn't a flashy office or anything, just a practical space where we handle our daily tasks. People often call us asking for directions because the back streets of Vikas Puri can get a bit confusing for those who don't live around here. We usually just tell them to look for the cinema and then turn. It’s a plain brick and mortar existence, really. We spend our mornings checking paperwork and the afternoons dealing with whatever maintenance comes up. It’s mostly about showing up every day and getting the work done without too much fuss. No big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just a regular place in a busy part of town where we do our thing.
