Any Ac Company is based out in Bakkarwala, which is a village area in the 110041 part of New Delhi. We don't have a typical office in a high-rise building. Our place is just a spot in the VPO where we store our gas cylinders, tools, and spare parts. Most of the time, the shop is empty because we are out at people's houses fixing their air conditioners. In the peak of summer, we are working from early morning until very late at night. The Delhi heat doesn't wait for anyone, so we have to be quick. We aren't a big company with a fleet of vans. It’s just us on our bikes or small scooters, carrying our ladders and tools through the traffic. We don't have any polished sales pitches. When we see a broken machine, we just tell you what's wrong and how much it will cost to fix. We have lived and worked in Bakkarwala for a long time, so we know our neighbors and they know us. It’s a simple way to make a living, even if it’s physically demanding work. Sometimes we get covered in grease and dust, but that’s part of the job. We don't have any fancy mission statements. We just want to make sure your AC works so you can sleep at night. It’s a very local, very real kind of business. We try to keep people cool when the weather is hot.
