Our office is tucked away in Laxmi Nagar at F-190 A. It's a crowded area, but we've made it our home for the air transport work we do. Dealing with cargo and logistics in Delhi is never quiet. There’s always a bit of noise from the street and people popping in with questions about their shipments. We spend a lot of time on the phone tracking stuff and making sure things aren't stuck somewhere they shouldn't be. It’s a small team here. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just some desks, computers, and a lot of paperwork. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to wait it out, which is frustrating when things are urgent. We try to be honest with people about when their stuff will arrive. Traffic in Delhi makes everything take longer than it should, so we're always checking the clock. We've been in this spot for a bit now and know the neighbors pretty well. It’s a practical setup. We handle the paperwork and the moving parts of getting things from point A to point B. It’s not glamorous work, but it needs doing. We mostly just focus on getting through the daily list of tasks and making sure no one's package gets lost in the shuffle. It's just us working hard in a small corner of the city, trying to keep up with the pace.
