We are based out of R.K. Puram Sector 12 in New Delhi. If you are familiar with this part of the city, you know it is a very busy area with plenty of government offices and residential blocks. Our setup is pretty much what you would expect for a housing construction company office. We have desks that are usually covered in blueprints and people coming in and out wearing their site gear. It is not a polished corporate showroom by any means; it is more of a practical working office where the actual planning and coordination happen. We deal with housing projects and building work, so there is always a discussion going on about materials, costs, or project timelines in the background. It gets a bit dusty in here sometimes because of all the paperwork and files moving around. We are not a new company, we have been around this area for quite a long time now. The staff here knows the local streets and the way things work in this part of Delhi. We spend most of our daylight hours coordinating between this office and the various construction sites we have going on. It can get pretty chaotic when we have several projects running at the same time. We don’t have any fancy signs or mission statements on the walls, just some old calendars and charts. Most days are spent on the phone or in meetings trying to make sure the work keeps moving forward as planned.
