Ansal Plaza ( Malls)

Ansal Plaza has its management office over at A-64, Parayavaran Complex. We are specifically in Lane 2 in the Neb Sarai area of New Delhi. Managing malls involves a lot of behind-the-scenes work that most people don't see when they are out shopping. We deal with maintenance, tenants, and all the small details that keep a big building running. The office here in Neb Sarai is where a lot of the planning and paperwork happens. It’s not a flashy place, just a workspace with plenty of files and people on the phone. We’ve been in this part of Delhi for a good while. The lane can get a bit cramped with traffic, especially in the afternoons. We have a small team here that handles everything from repairs to leasing agreements. It’s a lot of coordination. Sometimes things break and we have to fix them fast. Other times, it’s just about making sure the lights stay on and the floors are clean. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. It's just about keeping the mall experience going for the people who visit. It can be a long day, especially during the holiday seasons when the malls get really packed. We just try to stay on top of the daily tasks and make sure everything is sorted out for the shop owners and the shoppers. We spend a lot of time checking lists and talking to vendors to keep everything moving.
