Ankur Sales

If you find yourself in Karol Bagh, specifically on Hari Singh Nalwa Street, you might see us at 17/1039. That is where Ankur Sales is. We deal with various items, mostly selling to the shops around here or people who walk in. Karol Bagh is always moving, and our street is no different. It’s packed with people and rickshaws all day long. Our shop is filled with boxes stacked up to the ceiling. We try to keep it organized but when a new shipment comes in, things get a bit tight for a few days. We are just a few people working here, mostly family and a couple of helpers. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just buy stock and sell it at a fair price. Some days are slow and we just sit on the stools and talk to the neighbors. Other days, we don’t even have time to eat lunch because it’s so busy. The building is old and the stairs are a bit narrow, but we’ve been in this spot for a while and it feels like home. We know most of the other shopkeepers on the street. We don’t have any big corporate goals; we just want to make sure the customers get what they need and that we can open the shutters again tomorrow. It is just a standard shop life.
