If you go to Gandhi Nagar, specifically Raghubarpura No -1 on the Main Road, you'll find us. Ankuj Telecom is one of those places that stays busy because everyone has a phone problem eventually. We have been here for a while now, and the shop has seen a lot of changes in the kinds of phones people carry. I remember when we mostly sold prepaid cards, but now everyone wants data plans and screen protectors. The shop is quite narrow, so we have to be organized with the stock. There are drawers everywhere filled with batteries and chargers for models that probably don't even exist anymore. Gandhi Nagar is a loud area, especially with the garment wholesalers nearby, so there is always a lot of shouting and moving around. We try to keep things simple. If a phone is broken, we look at it and say if it can be fixed or not. No point in making promises we can't keep. The counter is a bit scratched up from years of use, but it doesn't really matter. We drink a lot of tea to stay awake during the long afternoons. It's just a regular shop where we try to be helpful to the people living around here. Nothing more to it than that, really. We open late and stay until the street lights have been on for a long time.
