Angel In My Kitchen

We are located at Rz-142/344 in Gali No. 1C, Shiv Puri. It is right in West Sagar Pur, New Delhi. The kitchen is always a bit warm because the ovens are usually running for most of the day. Angel In My Kitchen isn't some big industrial factory. It's more of a personal space where we spend our time measuring out flour and sugar and checking the timers. The smells of baking usually drift out into the street, which is nice. We don't have a fancy storefront with big glass windows. You have to find your way through the small lanes to get to us. Most of our day is spent getting our hands messy and making sure things are baked properly. We don't use any corporate jargon here. We just talk about what needs to be made for the next order. Sometimes we run out of ingredients and someone has to rush out to the local market to grab more. It can get a bit chaotic when we have a lot of orders at once, but we just keep going. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. We just do the work and hope people like what we make. It is a simple life in Shiv Puri, just us and the kitchen equipment. We try to keep things honest and just do our best with every batch.
