Ananda Spa & Ista Hotesl ( Ihhr Hospitality)

We are Ananda Spa & Ista Hotesl, part of Ihhr Hospitality, and you can find us in East Of Kailash. This part of New Delhi is always moving, but a little corner for ourselves exists right here. Our setup isn't what you might expect if you've seen the glossy photos of spas. Instead of that, we are just the people behind the scenes working in a regular office building. The 110065 area has a lot of character and it’s where we do our daily tasks. Fancy uniforms or walking around with headsets isn't our style. It's just a few desks, some computers, and a lot of phone calls. The planning and the paperwork that keeps everything else running happens in this room. Sometimes the traffic in East Of Kailash makes us late in the morning, but staying a bit later to catch up is no big deal. Big corporate philosophies aren't really for us. We just show up and do what’s on the list for that day. It’s a bit messy sometimes, with papers everywhere and too many mugs on the tables, but everything has its place. Being in this neighborhood is nice because there are good places to eat nearby when a break is needed. Everything feels very real and grounded. Our local team does its best to keep things organized without making a big fuss about it.
