An Airline Company (Retainer In-House-Counsel)

The office for this Airline Company (Retainer In-House-Counsel) is located at B-306, Alaknanda Apartments in Rampuri, Surya Nagar. We are right on the edge of Ghaziabad, just across from Vivek Vihar in Delhi. It’s a quiet residential apartment that we’ve turned into a legal workspace. There are no fancy signs or marble floors here, just lots of metal cupboards filled with files and law books. We handle all the legal matters for the airline, ranging from small passenger complaints to big contract issues. It’s a lot of reading and writing, and the office usually smells like old paper and coffee. Because we are a small team on retainer, we don't have the luxury of a huge support staff. We do our own filing and handle our own calls. Being in Surya Nagar means we avoid the worst of the central Delhi noise, but it can still get hot and dusty in the afternoons. We spend a lot of time traveling to the courts or meeting with airline officials. It’s a niche kind of job, and we’ve been doing it from this same apartment for quite some time now. We don't have a promotional brochure or anything like that. People in the industry know us by our work. We just keep our heads down, stay on top of the regulations, and try to make sure the airline stays out of legal trouble. It's steady work.
