Our office is located at U-45 on the ground floor in Shakarpur. If you know this part of New Delhi, you know how busy the streets can get with people, rickshaws, and traffic. Being on the ground floor means we see everything that happens outside our door. It’s a small, honest workspace where we handle flight bookings and various travel documents. We don't have a big fancy storefront with neon lights or anything like that. There’s just a simple sign and some plastic chairs inside for when customers come in to talk about their trips. The walls are covered with posters of different countries, some of them looking a bit faded from the sun coming through the window. We spend a lot of time checking flight schedules on our monitors and waiting for the booking systems to load. It can get quite hot in the afternoons, but we have a small fan that keeps the air moving enough. People from the neighborhood often just drop in to ask for a ticket price or to see if their visa has come through yet. We don’t follow a corporate script when we talk to them; we just chat like neighbors. The office can feel a bit cluttered with all the ledgers and ticket printouts, but we know where everything is. Lunch is usually something we bring from home or a quick bite from a nearby food stall. It’s just an unpretentious place.
