Amigo Restaurant

Amigo Restaurant is located on the second floor of building 309 in Hari Nagar Ashram. This part of New Delhi is incredibly busy, with the main road always packed with traffic. To find us, you have to look for the entrance and walk up two flights of stairs. We have been operating this kitchen for quite some time now. The dining area is simple with regular tables and chairs that have seen a lot of use over the years. We don't have any fancy decorations or a big staff. It is just a few of us cooking and serving the food. The kitchen can get quite hot, especially in the summer, and you can always smell whatever we are frying or boiling at the moment. We get a lot of locals who stop by for a quick lunch or people who work in the small shops nearby. It is not the kind of place you go for a fancy night out, just a spot to get a meal that tastes like it was made at home. We spend a lot of time cleaning up and getting ready for the next day. Sometimes the water supply is a bit slow or the lights flicker, but we just keep going. We like being in Hari Nagar because there is always something happening outside. It feels like we are right in the heart of the neighborhood. We just focus on getting the food right and making sure our customers are fed.
