Our office is down on the ground floor of G-82 in Ashok Vihar-1. It is right there in the middle of everything in North Delhi. Being on the ground floor means we see a lot of people walking past the windows all day long. The building itself is an older one, typical for this part of the city. We have the usual office stuff inside like computers and some filing cabinets that are getting a bit full. It gets pretty hot in the summer months, so the air conditioning is usually running quite hard. We try to keep things organized but sometimes papers pile up on the desks. It’s not a huge space, but it fits the few of us who work here daily. We usually order lunch from one of the small spots nearby or bring stuff from home. The tea guy comes around a few times a day which is always good. Ashok Vihar has its own vibe, very busy and a bit crowded with cars parked everywhere on the narrow lanes. Finding a parking spot near G-82 can be a real headache some mornings. We have been at this address for a bit and the neighbors are mostly other small businesses or families. It is just a regular place to work, nothing like those big shiny offices you see in the movies. We just show up and get through the tasks we have.
