We are located at J-17-18 in Sundernagri, which is part of the Nandnagri area in New Delhi 93. It is a bit far out for some people, but it is a busy spot for us. The office isn't what you might expect from a big name; it is just a practical space where we handle a lot of the back-end tasks. We have rows of computers and people on headsets talking to customers for hours. The building is right in the heart of Nandnagri, so there is always a lot of activity on the street outside. We have a small break room where we get our water and talk about the weekend. It is a lot of data entry and checking numbers over and over again to make sure they are right. The heat in Delhi can be tough, but we have the air conditioning going most of the time to keep the machines from getting too hot. We have a lot of people coming in for their shifts at different times, so the office never really feels empty. It is just a steady flow of work that keeps us occupied from Monday to Friday. We have been at this J-17-18 location for a while now, and we have gotten to know the tea stalls and little shops nearby pretty well. It's a regular job in a regular part of town. We just keep our heads down and do the work day after day.
