We are over here at 131B/2 in Govindpuri, which is a pretty crowded part of Kalkaji in New Delhi. If you’ve ever been to this area, you know how the streets are. It’s always a bit of a squeeze getting through the traffic. Our office isn't anything you'd see in a magazine. It’s just a regular building where we spend our eight or nine hours a day. We have the usual desks and chairs, and there’s always someone looking for a pen that actually works. We do the work for American Express from this spot. It’s mostly about keeping things organized and dealing with the tasks that come our way. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but nobody really has the time to worry about that right now. We get our tea from a small shop just down the road, and that’s usually the highlight of the afternoon when things get a bit slow. It gets pretty loud outside with the honking and people shouting, but you get used to it after a week or two. We don't have any slogans on the walls. We just come in, do what we need to do, and head back home. It’s a decent place to be, and the people here are just normal folks trying to earn a living.
