We are located at 1185/80 in Shanti Nagar, which is part of the Tri Nagar area in Delhi. It’s a very tight neighborhood with lots of small lanes and houses built right next to each other. Our office isn’t what you’d expect for such a big name; it’s just a regular building among many others. We spend the day processing things and talking to people who walk in with questions. The walls are lined with filing cabinets and there’s always a stack of documents waiting on someone’s desk. It feels more like a local neighborhood shop than anything else. You can hear the sounds of the local market nearby and the rickshaws passing by the end of the alley. The lighting inside is a bit yellow, and the floor is that old-style stone that stays cool even when the heat is bad. We don't really do much in the way of decorating. There’s a calendar on the wall and a few chairs that have seen better days. Most of the people working here live close by, so we walk or take a cycle to get in every morning. It’s a practical place where we just focus on the tasks at hand without making a big fuss or having long meetings. Sometimes the internet is slow, so we end up chatting while the screens load. It’s just how things go in this part of town for us.
