American Express

Our office is at 3113 Hanuman Chowk in Ranjit Nagar. It is very close to the South Patel Nagar Metro Station, which makes it easy to get to work every day. We are part of the American Express setup here. It is a busy area with lots of traffic and people heading to the metro. The office itself isn't anything too fancy, just a place where we sit and handle the accounts and the customer stuff. We don't have a big glass front or a huge sign. It is more of a local branch feel. We spend most of the day on the phones or looking at screens. Since we are near the metro, there's always a lot of movement outside. We aren't trying to be the most impressive building on the block. We just do the work that needs doing. Sometimes the tea guy comes around, and that is the highlight of the afternoon. We have been at this Hanuman Chowk spot for quite some time. It is a good location because of the transport. Most of us just take the metro and walk over. We don't use a lot of corporate talk here. We just talk like regular people. It is a straightforward job in a fast-paced part of the city. We just keep the records moving and the phones answered. It gets a bit noisy during rush hour, but we just shut the windows and keep on working through the files.
