Our setup is located in Ambica Appartment, right in Sector-14 of Rohini. It’s at number 452. If you’ve ever been to this part of New Delhi-110085, you know it’s mostly residential and quiet compared to the main markets. We’ve been operating the American Express work from here for some time now. It’s not a massive skyscraper; it’s just a regular apartment space where we have our desks and files set up. It feels more like a home office than a big bank branch. Most of the time, we’re just busy with paperwork or talking to people about their accounts. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles here. The neighborhood is nice, and we know most of the people around the block. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power fluctuates, which is just how it goes in Rohini sometimes. We just deal with things as they come. We aren't here to give you some big sales pitch. We just handle the day-to-day tasks that come with the name on the door. It’s a bit cramped when we have a lot of files, but we make it work. It’s nice being in a place where it doesn’t feel so cold and corporate. We just open up in the morning and stay until the work for the day is finished. It’s pretty basic, really. It is just a place where we do our jobs without much fuss.
