Our office is located inside Samachar Apartments in Mayur Vihar Phase-1. It’s a bit different because we are tucked away in a residential complex rather than a big glass tower in Gurgaon or Noida. We’ve been in apartment number 29 for a while now. The atmosphere here is much quieter than a typical corporate office, which helps us focus. Most of us live nearby, so we just walk or take a quick rickshaw to get here. We handle a lot of paperwork and back-end stuff that keeps things moving behind the scenes. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and looking at screens, but we take breaks to chat in the balcony area. We don't have a big reception desk or a shiny lobby. It is just a plain, working office where we keep our files and computers. Sometimes the apartment association has meetings or there’s some maintenance work going on in the building, so we just work around that. We aren't here to impress anyone with a fancy address. We just need a place to do our work and this spot in Delhi works well for us. Our neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down and just go about our business. It feels more like a small community than a giant company when you are working from a flat. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and head home. There isn't any mystery to it, just a normal office in a normal apartment.
