Our office is located right in the Gole Market area, over at 29-F in Sector 4 of the DIZ Area. If you know New Delhi, you know this part of town has a lot of history and older buildings. It’s not one of those shiny new glass towers you see in Gurgaon. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a good bit, handling the various bits and pieces that come with being part of American Express. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and people trying to stay on top of their to-do lists. The neighborhood is always active, with people moving around and plenty of small shops nearby where we grab a quick bite or some chai. We don't really do the whole corporate jargon thing here. We just focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes the power acts up or the internet gets slow, just like anywhere else in the city, but we get through it. It’s a pretty straightforward workplace. No one is putting on airs. We have our regulars who have been here for years, and we all know the local shortcuts to avoid the worst of the traffic. It’s just a regular office life in a central part of the city. We do what we need to do and try to keep things organized. It’s not flashy, but it works for us and the work we do every day.
