American Express

American Express is located in Flat No-159, Pocket-E, Sector-17, Dwarka. This is a very residential part of New Delhi-110075, and it is a lot quieter than the central parts of the city. Our office is inside a regular residential building complex, which makes it feel more like a home than a big corporate center. We handle various tasks related to cards and finance from this flat. It is not the kind of place where you see huge neon signs. It is just a quiet workspace where we have our computers and files set up. Sector-17 is a nice area with some parks around, so it is actually a pleasant place to work every day. People from the nearby pockets often drop by if they have questions about their accounts or need help with something. We don’t have any grand mission statements to share. We just show up, do our work, and try to make sure everything is sorted for the people who rely on us. Sometimes the elevator in the building takes a long time, so we just use the stairs. The flat is simple and organized, which helps us stay focused. Dwarka is a big place, but Pocket-E is a small community where everyone kind of knows each other.
