We operate out of F-56 in Naveen Shahdara. It’s a busy corner of Delhi and being here means we are right in the middle of a lot of local activity. The building is a bit older, like most things in this part of town. Inside, it is just a plain setup with desks and chairs. We don't have any big flashy logos on the walls or anything like that. It’s just where the daily tasks get handled. People in Shahdara know the area well, so finding F-56 isn't too hard for locals. The street outside is usually full of rickshaws and people going about their shopping. Sometimes the noise from the market nearby leaks in, especially on weekends when it gets really crowded. We spend most of our hours just sitting here, typing away and answering calls. It feels like a very normal place to work. There’s a small kitchen area where we make coffee and take breaks. We’ve stayed in this spot because it is convenient for everyone. It is not a big fancy headquarters with glass walls. It is just a practical office where the work gets done by a few people every day. We know the shopkeepers next door and the guy who sells snacks down the road. It feels like being part of the neighborhood. The morning commute can be tough with the traffic, but once we are inside, things settle down and we just get to it.
