Our little spot is located at 69 B in the DG II MIG Flats over in Vikas Puri. It is a residential area, so it feels more like a neighborhood office than a big bank branch. We handle things related to cards and accounts for people living around here. It’s a simple setup with a few desks and some chairs for visitors. We don't have those big glass windows or high ceilings you see in the city center. It’s just a flat that we’ve turned into a workspace. Sometimes the neighbors come by just to ask a quick question about their bills. We keep the air conditioning running because it gets pretty stuffy in the afternoons. The files are kept in simple drawers and we do most of our work on some older computers that still get the job done. It can be a bit quiet on some days, then suddenly three people walk in at once. We don't have a big sign outside, just enough so people can find the door. Working in Vikas Puri is nice because there are good food stalls nearby for lunch. We’ve been at this address for a while and have gotten to know the regular faces. It’s just a plain, functional office where we try to keep the paperwork moving without too much fuss. We usually have a stack of forms on the side table that always needs refilling. It’s not a glamorous place, but it serves the people living in these flats just fine.
