We are located in Room Number 2 of House Number 222, care of R.K. Rathi, in New Delhi. It might seem like a strange place for a big name like this, but we’ve been working out of this house for a while. Our office is just a small room where we handle credit card accounts and help people with their financial questions. It’s a very quiet setup compared to the busy streets of Delhi outside. We have a few computers and a phone that never seems to stop ringing. We aren't in a skyscraper or a fancy business park. It’s just a practical space where we can get through the daily pile of paperwork without being bothered. The house is in a regular neighborhood, so we see the same people walking by every day. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, which makes it hard to update the accounts as fast as we would like. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting area, so it’s really just a workspace for the staff. We spend most of our time typing and checking details to make sure there are no mistakes with the numbers. It’s a lot of sitting and focusing, which can be tiring, but we’re a small, tight-knit group. We just do our jobs and then head home like everyone else. It’s a simple way of operating and it works for us.
