We’re located over in Lajpat Nagar, specifically in the Old Double Storey area on the second floor of the M-28 building. It’s a busy spot, and finding us usually means climbing a few flights of stairs that have seen better days. The office itself isn't anything fancy, just a bunch of desks and chairs where we get the work done. You can hear the market noise from outside most of the day, especially when the tea stall downstairs gets crowded around four o'clock. Most of the staff here have been around for a while, so we kind of know the rhythms of the neighborhood. It’s just American Express, but on a very local level. We deal with the paperwork and the calls without much fuss. The lights flicker sometimes if the weather is bad, and the air conditioner hums quite loudly, but nobody really minds. It’s just how things are in this part of Delhi. We spend our mornings checking files and making sure everything is where it should be. By the time evening rolls around, everyone is usually tired and ready to head home through the traffic. It’s a pretty standard routine for us here in 110024. We don’t have any big speeches to give about what we do. We just show up, sit at our desks, and handle the day as it comes. It feels like a small community inside this old building, even if the name on the door is a big one.
