American Express

We’re located at 22/31-A in Moti Nagar, New Delhi 110015. It’s a busy part of town and our office fits right in with the rest of the buildings on the street. People see the name American Express and think of big skyscrapers or fancy offices, but here in Moti Nagar, we’re just a local branch doing our part. The office is functional and pretty simple. We have desks, computers, and a lot of files that need organizing. Most of our day is spent helping people with their accounts or fixing issues that pop up with their cards. It’s not always exciting, but it’s important work for the people who live around here. We don't use a lot of fancy words when we talk to each other or to the people who come in. We just try to be helpful and get the job done correctly. The traffic outside can be pretty loud, especially during the rush hour when everyone is trying to get home, but we’re used to it by now. We’ve got a small area where we keep the coffee and tea, and that’s where most of our breaks happen during the day. We don't have a big corporate culture here; it feels more like a small team just trying to keep things moving. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished look. We just want to make sure the numbers add up and people are taken care of in a way that makes sense. It’s about being reliable day after day.
