We are based at Wz-32 in Todapur, New Delhi. Even though American Express is a big name worldwide, our little spot here in India is quite modest. We are tucked away in a local street where things are a bit more down-to-earth. The office isn't a glass tower; it is just a practical space where we handle our daily business. We have been in Todapur for a good while now and we know the area well. The streets around Wz-32 can be narrow and crowded with local traffic, but that is just part of being in this part of Delhi. We come in, sit at our desks, and work through the files. We don't have any flashy meetings or corporate slogans on the walls. It is just a place where people work hard. We like being part of the local community here. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood all day long. We don't try to sound like a big corporation because, in this office, we are just a small team. We take care of the tasks as they come in and try to stay organized. There is no need for anything fancy. We just do our jobs and go home at the end of the day. It is a very normal way to work. We have been here at 110012 for years and it feels right to us. No one here uses big marketing talk. We just focus on the folders.
