You can find us over at A-4/47 in the Cottage Enclave area of Paschim Vihar. It’s a residential part of New Delhi with the pin code-110063. Even though the name American Express sounds like a huge thing, our local presence here is much more low-key. We operate out of this cottage enclave which makes the whole workday feel a bit different than being in a skyscraper. The streets around Paschim Vihar are usually filled with cars and people going about their business, but our little corner is somewhat calmer. We have been at this address for some time now, and the neighbors all know who we are. Inside, it’s just a regular office setup with desks and some old cabinets for storage. We don’t have a lot of fancy technology visible, just the usual computers and printers that we use every day. Sometimes the mail takes a bit longer to reach us because the house numbers in this part of Paschim Vihar can be a bit confusing for new couriers. We spend our mornings catching up on work and the afternoons are usually for meetings or finishing up paperwork. It’s a practical place to be, and we don't feel the need to make it look like a corporate showroom. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and head home. It’s a steady routine that works for everyone in the office here.
