You can find us at A-8 on the first floor in Dayanand Colony. It’s right in Lajpat Nagar-IV, which is a place that never sleeps. Even though the name on the door is a big one, this office feels pretty local. We are just a team of people in a regular Delhi neighborhood. We handle things related to cards and accounts. The office gets a lot of light in the mornings. It is a busy area with plenty of shops and houses all mixed together. We aren't in one of those huge glass towers you see in Gurgaon. This is just a floor in a building where we do our daily tasks. People come in with questions about their bills or their plastic cards. We sit across from them and try to explain things clearly. It is not always easy, but we do what we can. The street outside is usually full of cars and people walking to the market. We take our lunch breaks at the nearby stalls. It feels like a community here. We have been at this address for a while. We aren't here to give you a sales pitch. We just manage the paperwork and the customer issues. It is a job like any other. We come in, do the filing, talk to the clients, and head out when the sun goes down. Most days are just about keeping the files in order.
