This office is tucked away in Sector 18B of Dwarka. We are in Flat Number 37 at the DDA L&T Flats. It’s not your typical high-rise bank building. Instead, it’s a more grounded place where we handle American Express business. Most of the work involves managing accounts and talking to customers about their cards or payments. It gets busy, especially around the end of the month. We have a handful of people working here, mostly locals from the Delhi area. The apartment setup makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a standard corporate office. We have our routines, like who makes the tea and which window stays open for a breeze.
