American Express

We are located at B 185 in the M.I.G. Flats, just east of Loni Road in Delhi. It’s a busy part of the city, and our American Express office here is pretty straightforward. We aren't in a big glass tower; we’re right here in the flats where things are a bit more real. We spend our days dealing with accounts and helping people with their credit card questions. The noise from Loni Road is usually in the background, but we’re used to it by now. It’s a practical setup. We’ve got desks, filing cabinets, and a lot of documents to go through. We don't try to sound like a big bank. We’re just the people you talk to when you have a problem with a payment or a question about a statement. Sometimes the system is slow, or we have a lot of people waiting, but we just keep at it. Working in the M.I.G. Flats means we’re part of the local scene. We see the same faces every day. We don't have a polished marketing script. We just explain things in plain English and try to get the job done. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but that’s life in a busy Delhi office. We’ve been here for a while and plan to stay. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to keep the books balanced and the clients satisfied without making a fuss.
