American Express

Our office is located at H/29 in Jangpura Extension on the ground floor. It is a nice spot because Jangpura is a bit more relaxed than the busier parts of New Delhi. Even though the name American Express is very well known, this specific office is just a small local branch. We are not a massive center with hundreds of workers. There are only a few of us here. We work out of a ground-floor space that feels more like a home than a corporate building. We have our desks, some computers, and a lot of files. Most of our day is spent helping people with their accounts or processing different types of paperwork. We don't have any flashy signs outside or a fancy reception area with marble floors. It is a very plain and practical environment. We like being in Jangpura because it is easy to get to and there are some good little shops nearby for lunch. We have been at this address for a long time and the people in the colony are used to seeing us around. We don't do any big promotions or try to sound like a major corporation in our daily talk. We just focus on the work that needs to be finished before we go home. It is a steady job in a quiet neighborhood. We just try to keep things organized and handle the requests that come in as best as we can.
