We are located over at HU-35 in Pitampura, right on the first floor. If you know this part of Delhi, you know it gets pretty busy around here during the day. Most of us get in early to beat the traffic, though that doesn't always work out. Our office isn't anything too fancy, just a regular workplace where we handle a lot of the backend stuff for American Express. There are desks everywhere and someone is usually making tea in the corner. We spend most of our time looking at screens and sorting through paperwork that comes in from all over. It can get a bit loud when everyone is on the phone at once, but that’s just how it goes in a place like this. The neighborhood has some decent spots to grab lunch if you walk down the street a bit. We’ve been at this Pitampura address for a while now, and the locals sort of know us by now. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power fluctuates, which is typical for this area, but we just manage it and keep things moving. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't, just a group of people doing our jobs and trying to stay organized. It’s mostly about getting the daily tasks finished so we can head home to our families. We don’t have any big speeches to give about what we do, we just show up and work.
