We operate out of Plot No 18 in Sector-4, Dwarka, right inside the Shri Badrinath Apts. It’s a bit different because we are tucked away in a residential area of New Delhi. American Express India Pvt.Ltd. is the name we use for all our official stuff here. Living and working in Dwarka is usually alright, though the traffic near the sector gates can be a headache in the evenings. Our space isn't like those huge glass buildings you see in the movies. It’s more of a practical setup with some desks, chairs, and a lot of extension cords for the computers. We spend most of our time dealing with numbers and accounts, which can get a bit repetitive after a few hours. Sometimes the lift in the building stops working, so we end up taking the stairs quite a bit. It keeps us moving, I guess. We have a small kettle in the corner for making coffee when we have a long afternoon of data entry. Most people who live in the apartments know us as the quiet neighbors who are always on their computers. We don’t have a flashy sign or anything, just the address on the door. It’s mostly about getting the work done and making sure the files are organized before we head home for the night. It’s a simple routine, and we’ve gotten used to the quiet atmosphere of the apartment block.
