This location for American Express India Private Limited is a bit different than the big fancy buildings you see in the city center. We are over in Uttam Nagar, specifically at A-27 in Prem Nagar. The funny thing is you have to use the backdoor entry to get in, which usually confuses people the first time they come by. We are right in front of Laj Photo Studio, so that’s the best way to tell someone where we are if they get lost. It’s a very local feel here. You hear the sounds of the street, the scooters buzzing by, and people shouting to each other across the lanes. Inside, it’s just us doing the usual work with accounts and customer queries. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and staring at screens, but we try to keep it friendly. We don't have a big cafeteria, so we usually just bring lunch from home or grab something from the stalls nearby. The office has been here for a while, and it feels like part of the neighborhood now. It’s not polished or shiny, just a functional space where the work gets done every day. Sometimes the internet acts up, or the heat gets a bit much, but we just get on with it. It’s a real place with real people working hard and getting through the day. We don't mind the backdoor entrance anymore.
