Our office for American Express India Ltd is right in the thick of it. It is not some glass tower you might expect; it’s just a regular building that fits into the neighborhood. We have been here for a bit, and we’ve seen the area change quite a lot over the years. Inside, we just have our desks and computers where we deal with the daily accounts and customer queries.
