We are located on the 3rd floor over in Rohini Sector 16. It’s G-2/12 and 13, right in that busy block of offices. Being on the third floor means a lot of stairs every morning, which keeps us awake. The office isn't anything special to look at. We have our desks, some old filing cabinets, and the computers that sometimes take forever to start up. People know us as American Express I Pvt Ltd, but to us, it’s just where we come to work every morning. Sector 16 is a busy part of Delhi, and the traffic around the building can be a headache during rush hour. We spend our time going through files and talking to people on the phone. It’s mostly paperwork and digital records. We don't have a kitchen, so we usually go out for lunch or bring something from home. The lighting isn't the best, but we make it work. It’s a practical space. We don't have any big posters or motivational slogans on the walls. It’s just a place for work. Most of us have been here for a while, so we know each other's habits. We try to keep things organized so we can leave on time. It’s just a regular office life in a busy part of the city. We don't have any fancy equipment, just the basics that get us through the day and the long list of tasks.
