We are based out of a flat in Ghaziabad, specifically Flat No 117 in Sector 17, Vasundhara. It’s a residential area, so it feels a lot different than working in a typical bank building in the city. We handle various banking tasks for American Express Bank here, mostly focusing on the paperwork and account details that don’t require a big public lobby. It’s a quiet street for the most part, except when the school buses go by in the afternoon. We’ve set up our desks in the main rooms, and we have a small kitchen area where we make our own coffee. It feels more like a home office than a bank branch. We don't have any flashy decorations or expensive furniture, just the stuff we need to get the work finished.
