This office is tucked away in Kishangarh, which is part of the Vasant Kunj area in New Delhi. We are in Flat 02 of the Gupta Apartments. It’s a bit of a maze back here if you aren't used to the narrow streets of Kishangarh, but once you find 149/9, you’re in the right spot. It’s a ground-floor flat that we’ve turned into a workspace for the TRS side of the bank. It feels very different from the big glass towers you see in Gurgaon or downtown. Here, you can hear the sounds of the neighborhood, people talking outside, and the occasional delivery bike zooming past. We spend our days mostly on the phones or handling card services and travel-related queries. It’s a lot of data work and checking records. The space is a bit tight with all the computers and files we have to keep, but it's manageable. We have a small kitchen area where we make chai, and that's usually where we take our breaks. It’s a very practical setup. We don't need a fancy office to do this kind of work; we just need a good internet connection and a quiet enough corner to talk to customers. Being in a residential apartment makes the workday feel a bit more relaxed than a typical corporate environment. We just show up, do the numbers, and help the people who call in every day.
