American Airlines

Our office for American Airlines is over at Wz 132 in Dasghara Village, near the P.O. Pusa in New Delhi. It’s not a massive airport terminal or a high-rise office. It is located in a part of the city that feels more like a village, which is exactly what Dasghara is. Being in the 110012 area of Haryana and Delhi, we deal with a lot of the logistical side of things. There are a lot of narrow roads to navigate to get here. We spend our time coordinating and handling the back-end tasks that people don't usually see when they think of flying. It’s a lot of computer work and phone calls. The office itself is pretty plain. We have the basic necessities and not much else. It gets hot in the summer, and the local market nearby is always loud. We don’t have a fleet of planes sitting outside. Instead, we have desks, some old computers, and a lot of folders. The staff here is local, and we just try to keep things moving. It’s a bit of a trek to find us if you aren’t used to the Pusa area. We aren't here to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We are just here to do the work that needs to be done for the airline from this specific spot in New Delhi.
