American Airlines

We are tucked away on the third floor of E-185 in New Rajinder Nagar. It’s one of those older buildings in the New Delhi-60 area. We are American Airlines, but don't expect a giant airport terminal when you walk in. It’s just a regular office space with a lot of desks and some old metal cabinets for filing. We spend a lot of time on the phones talking to people about their flights and bags. The stairs are a bit steep, so it’s a workout getting up here every morning. We have a small window that looks out over the street, but it’s mostly just roofs and trees. The carpets are a bit worn out and the walls could probably use some new paint. We don’t worry too much about that, though. We’re more focused on getting the paperwork sorted and making sure everyone’s details are correct in the system. Lunchtime is usually just us eating at our desks while we finish up tasks. There is a decent little market nearby where we get snacks or tea. It’s a tight-knit group here. We’ve all been working together for a long time, so we know how each other likes their tea. It’s not a fancy setup, but it’s where we do our work. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and head home when the sun goes down. It's just a regular office life for us in this part of town.
