American Airlines

We are located over at House No. 821 in Sector 5 of Vaishali. It’s a residential area in Ghaziabad, so it’s a bit quieter than being right in the center of the city, but it still has its moments. American Airlines runs this office out of a house, which might seem a bit different if you’re used to corporate parks. But it works fine for what we need to do. There’s a small gate at the front and some plants that someone tries to water when they remember. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and computers tucked into the rooms. We handle a lot of logistics and paperwork from here. The walls are painted a standard off-white, and there are posters of planes here and there that have been up for years. You can hear the vegetable sellers going by on the street sometimes during the day. We take our breaks in the kitchen area, usually making tea or just sitting for a minute. It’s not a fancy setup, and we don't pretend it is. Everyone knows everyone else's business because the office is small. It’s a practical way to work without all the extra noise of a big office building. Most days are just about staying on top of the emails and making sure nothing gets missed in the shuffle of the daily routine. We don't have any big corporate rituals, we just focus on the computer screens and get things finished.
