American Airlines

Our office is at 1210 in Sector-29, Noida. It’s a different vibe from the busy Delhi streets, a bit more open but still quite active. We are up in the building just doing the regular work that comes with an airline office in India. It’s mostly computers, phones, and stacks of paper everywhere. We don’t have a big lobby or a bunch of flight attendants walking around. It’s just us in our regular clothes trying to keep up with the time zones and flight schedules. Sector-29 has some good places to grab a bite, so we usually head out for lunch together. The office itself is just a functional space. We have some posters of airplanes on the walls, but they’ve been there for years and have faded. It’s not a polished corporate headquarters; it’s more like a local branch where the real work happens. Sometimes the air conditioning makes a weird noise, but we just ignore it. We talk to people on the phone all day and try to sort out whatever issues come up with the bookings. It can be stressful when things are delayed, but we just take it one task at a time. This is where American Airlines handles its local stuff. No fluff, just desks and people working through their shifts until it's time to go home. We just try to keep the paperwork straight and the computers running smoothly.
